| Synopsis:
The capital of a country in South America, where the military once again has succeeded in maneuvering out democracy. The country was now ruled by a General named Caztiz, who's favorite pastime was to watch and take part in the torture that was carried out on the helpless female prisoners that the army had caught during their search for the guerilla.
