Loved the story i was captivated the whole time unable to stop myself from reading this is one of the best stories I've ever read.
I can't wait to see if there is any more to this story. (10/10)

- There will be no more on this story. Let's leave Jude and Karen to walk off into the sunset together. However, this is the second story from Wanda's club (Step By Step was the first) and there may be more. In particular, I might write the story of how Mel and Lucy got together - but that's not a promise!

Loved the story i was captivated the whole time unable to stop myself from reading. My only complaint is selfish i want more yet the ending was perfect the way it is. Enjoyed it so much read it a second time through. (9/10)

This story is very well written and is a very enjoyable read. It is almost impossible to stop in the middle of it. The character development and the actions that result from within the human psyche are all well set out in this story. (10/10)

There is nothing more for me to say, the previous reviewers have already said how brilliant this story is. As a little subby I have been totally enslaved by all the writings of Mistress Lisa Jones and the thought we might learn more about Mel and Lucy just leaves me grovelling and begging soon please, pretty please. Of course more about Wanda's club would be nice as well. (10/10)

Although I greatly appreciate her noting my much over credited, very small contribution to this story, I would be highly remiss if I did not also comment that Limits truly demonstrates Lisa Jones at the very top of her art. She is and remains the master (Mistress) portrayer of loving D/s story telling, be it F/f or F/m. This is erotic literature at its highest level, and how it should and is meant to be. She develops characters as 'real' and complex people who have different orientations and needs, and creates engrossing scenarios of how they come to terms with these to form sustaining relationships and their own personal growth, while seeking and finding what they, and we, all hope to find in life, love and happiness. She stimulates the mind as much, if not more, than the body, and this story is in every way a masterpiece of the genre. For this, and more, I can only say, Thank You Lisa. (10/10)

I loved this story real ups and downs and love and respect in a B/s relationship. Lisa is a brillient writer, very much looking forward to her next story, would love to hear about Mel and Lucy. I really loved a previous story Stable Boy, they both make me smile so much. Thank you (10/10)

I made the mistake of checking this page shortly before I was to go to bed, and after discovering a new story was up, I stayed up well past my bedtime reading a fairly substantial portion of it. I kept telling myself, "Just one more part... one more part."
The story of a novice sub's journey of self-discovery is not unfamiliar territory, but its something I find I enjoy and some new wrinkles are added to the tale that not only keep it interesting, but also provide more food for thought. It's not just the sub, but also the Domme who finds she has some personal growing to do. In other stories of this sort, the sub has to learn to overcome their misgivings or preconceptions and just give themselves over to this new lifestyle to become who they were meant to be, but things aren't so cut and dried this time around. Here, it's not just about being pushed outside one's comfort zone and learning to accept that; it's also about finding one's boundaries and making sure those boundaries are respected. I appreciated the exploration of those less-traversed areas of a D/s relationship. Ironically, in discovering her submissive side, Karen becomes a more assertive person.
It was nice to see Wanda from "Step by Step" making a cameo. It made me a little hopeful that Helen and Sam from that story might show up as well, though on second thought, that story ended on such a perfect note, to have them appear as minor characters in someone else's story would probably be distracting and gratuitous.
Once again, "Limits" was yet another excellent story with some very satisfying character development. (10/10)

- Thank you for your kind words. Wanda's club does, indeed, have quite a clientèle and I may well be basing some more of my stories there. I've wondered about Mel and Lucy, how did they get together? Hmm... maybe one day.

This was my 1st piece of f/f bdsm erotica and I was very pleased with how well the story was written and the character development. I read it over a few days and was anticipating when I'd have time to read a bit more. I will definitely explore more of Ms Jones's work and others here. (9/10)

Waited a while to see where things would be taken before adding a review -in case the story went down the trodden path of platitudes and into Cliché City.
Strange thing is, "Limits" does just that (bar the platitudes), but in such a clever way -thanks to the very three-dimensional main characters- that trodden becomes maybe not exactly novel, but still highly enjoyable.
In "Limits" Lisa Jones seems to be in good form -like she's ever anything else- coming up with some pretty decent storytelling, character build and plotline.
Nice.

Very good. I like the way it has the ambiguity over when you are pushing someone to grow and when you are taking advantage. I enjoyed it and hope there are more chapters to come soon. (10/10)
