This is a 'ok' start, It has not been developed for a long time and does not even start to actually talk about what the synopsis says it does. Not really worth the read in the current - not finished form. (4/10)

It is hard to tell if this is going to be a good story series or not, but this little teaser of a chapter is a good start. Here is hoping for good things to come. (8/10)
