This would normally be too short to warrant a review at this stage, but the start of "4600 days" contains enough information to have a fair idea where this is going.
Well written, with a decent amount of fetish and twisted body modification fantasies, my only regret is, like I mentioned earlier, the briefness of the introduction.
A few odd spelling mistakes/typos not whitstanding, this is excellent material, which i would honour with a nice '8' score.
But I'll add a point based on what I think is still to come.
*EDIT*
I'm affraid I have to go down a few points, as my assumption this story would become a little marvel was, well, wrong.
The added chapters are still okay, but quickly veer off onto paths so trodden they are a mile below sea level. A pity, as I had such high hopes...

well, rather than tell you something about the story I feel the need to ask... will there be additional chapters to this? it is perfect for sequencing. otherwise it just ends too abruptly for my taste. and obviously we've been waiting since what 3 months ago or more...

The opening paragraph almost lost me. Fortunately, the remainder of the first chapter showed great promise.
What was wrong with the first chapter? Choppy sentences that were fragments of what they should have been.
As for the rest of the first chapter - I was intrigued and found myself looking forward to seeing more. There were mistakes that needed editing; the sort of mistakes that led me to believe the author offered this story up before it received a proper edit. I'll not hold that against you too much. Instead, I will merely suggest editing a chapter after you have several completed. It will make it much easier to provide your readers with a less error filled tale.
I am looking forward to the rest. So, keep it coming.

It's short -I know the problem, I have many short starts roaming my hard disks myself- but very promising. Grin, if this first hour or so is going to grow into 4500 days none of us will complain about short ever again!
Can't wait to hear more about number 1... (8/10)

It has the feel that it might develop into something decent but really the start with Mr Red is a 2/10 sort of narrative. The torture seems pretty badly thought out, the vision changing aparatusw totally bizarre and the dildo which is somehow arrangerd to pump pig semen as she runs really does need a re design, if not designing full stop. The last sentence holds out some hope of improvement which is why this is a 5 and not a 3 (5/10)
