Well written, plenty of background detail to help set the scene. Here is hoping for some more about these characters. (10/10)

Finally another story where there's only one feeling after having read it. That of knowing you just had a real good time. Refreshing is also a word that springs to mind, thanks to the balsy brazeness of Niki, while at the same time being cutely shy and uncertain. And the first scene in the hair-salon was like a cross between an episode of "All In The Family" and a scene from the Coen brothers movie "The Man Who wasn't There", with an added twist. Great stuff. Great storytelling. Great writing. Great great. JJ (10/10)

Rhabbi comments are good ones, but I have to admit I was much too preoccupied to worry about plot. However, now that it has been pointed out, I also would like to hear more about the just-fucked(?) receptionist and her (hopefully) sodden underwear - what can I say? that kind of thing just grabs me! At the very least, I'm left wanting to know how sexy/wanton/slutty she was, you know? Nikita does have a way with words ("The walls looked like water." - oh, that was VERY good) and I, for one, am thrilled that she's done a f/f piece. Hallelujah! Now please, give us more! (9/10)

- But...did you enjoy it? Hahahaha! It tickles me to see my words in your review. It's flattering and I'm blushing like mad. Thank you for the kudos and encouragement. I have written another F/f story. It is exclusive to my book titled The Whipping Post and doesn't appear anywhere else. For more information on that, check my profile.

Nikita has once again stunned me with another superb story of hers. This one starts out at a mundane book club meeting of soccer moms, mundane indeed, but there are currents of kinkiness and eroticism underlying even this supposedly mundane luncheon.Nikita does an excellent, daring job of unveiling these underlying currents. (10/10)

Yummy stuff, Nikita! This is such a great line, "I bit my lip. Would she stop? No, thank God." The story is delicious. The relationship between the leading lady and her domme is very hot. It's very easy to picture the scenes and savor them. Thanks! Ruby (10/10)

- Ruby,
I'm very happy you enjoyed it. There's nothing like reading one of my lines off of a review! It's simply heartwarming, particularly that line. *grin* Thank you for the nice review. Nikita

This is a good story and the style is nice. It is mostly well written and very enjoyable. I particularly liked that it focused more on the emotional and mental attitude of the main charactor than on sex. I do have a few things that I would like to point out that I think could have been done better. There are points where the plot is a bot hard to follow. 1.) Why mention the scene between Sean and the receptionist? I kept waiting for this to pop back up at some point. 2.) The meetings between Tonya and Nikki, why did Tonya tolerate her continued tardiness? the excuse about gas might work once, but not twice. She seemed to be deliberately courting punishment, and then it just slid by. #.) I would have liked to see more detail about her online relationship. I realize it is secondary to the story, but it ios instumental to her progeression as a sub. Without it the story seems just a bit contrived. She is obvoiusly willing, even eager, to submit and be humiliated, but we can not quite see why. (7/10)

- Thank you for the review Rhabbi. I appreciate a discerning reader and am moved to respond to your comments. I've discussed the very same points with my editor friends and we've agreed that the scenes are justifiable. I'll do my best to explain.
1.) Why mention the scene between Sean and the receptionist? I kept waiting for this to pop back up at some point. The bit you are referring to are a few sentences that attempt to reveal Sean as an unfaithful cur who would play with the help under his wife's nose. The observations prompt Nikki to demonstrate the effects femme passive/aggressive sparring with the cur she considers unworthy of Tanya. The departure of the receptionist was the departure from further appearances in the story, punctuated by the arrival of Tanya at the end of the haircutting session. Was it twisted logic or over thinking? I don't know...perhaps. 2.) The meetings between Tonya and Nikki, why did Tonya tolerate her continued tardiness? the excuse about gas might work once, but not twice. She seemed to be deliberately courting punishment, and then it just slid by. Nikki admittedly courted some form of discipline from Tanya. She was testing her own limits of flirting with disaster as well as testing Tanya's patience. It really did not slide by. The angst Nikki put herself through is typical of subbies who want to please but end up self-sabatoging. Tanya's method of public and private humiliation was sublime punishment for the bratty minded Nikki, the novitiate, was hell bent of experiencing the whole ride and Tanya was driving the car. In retrospect, I expect harsher treatment would be much more satisfying to the reader. #.) I would have liked to see more detail about her online relationship. I realize it is secondary to the story, but it ios instumental to her progeression as a sub. Without it the story seems just a bit contrived. She is obvoiusly willing, even eager, to submit and be humiliated, but we can not quite see why. (7/10) Hmmm...from the wording of your comment, my suspicion is you liked the story and wanted more buildup of the secondary part. Thank you, sir for the compliment. This online relationship was a motive for Nikki to seek out Tanya's advice and flirt with real life experience vs. online. It served to reveal Nikki's thirst to experience real life dominance and submission whilst participating in her existing online relationship. It is not a novel occurrence in real life. D/s novices that start online eventually are inflamed with the desire for real life play. I agree that the online relationship could have been explored more but, imo, it would have derailed the thread of the story. I hope the above responses don't sound like excuses, but to demonstrate this writer's development of a story. Again, thanks for the review. Nikita

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Although it could be a stand alone story, complete in itself, I DO hope the author uses it as the launch pad for a series based on these interesting characters. All of the scenes are realistic, and many of our readers could imagine themselves in the delightful situation of the author. Looking forward to either a continuation of this story line, or other creative efforts in the same genre from the same talent. (10/10)

Wonderful! Great details, excellent development of both the characters and the story line. The emotive descriptions help the reader delve into the action and the mind of the players. Encore! (9/10)
