A good premise, and the author has the pacing right. I'm looking forward to seeing how this will turn out in future parts.
As others note, it reads like it was written by someone for whom English is a second language. I certainly didn't find it hard to read as such, I could always tell what the writer *meant* to say, it's just a bit offputting. I strongly suggest that the author seeks a proof reader for future installments. (5/10)
