To make it short, yeah, I agree with Mad Lews. Not only about the verb tenses, but the humiliation and blackmail too. (7/10)

An interesting start to a story. On the technical points you might want to stay in past tense, it's really easier to write about what has happened. You start in the present tense, which is a really difficult way to tell anything but a very short story. Just a suggestion. As far as the NC sex, humiliation, and blackmail, you've got that down just fine, keep up the good work. (7/10)
