Was quite enjoying this story but the ending was a bit disappointing (6/10)

The jury is still out on this one, some say great, a few middle of the roaders, some poor. I would congratulate you on the idea; while not 'Springtime Fresh", it is a rarely attempted one, and does indeed illustrate the need for clearer communications always between partners.
Is it BDSM? In a way; the two are so bound up in their own thoughts, they become abusive to each other. (Oh, yes; she is abusive too! Not working on a relationship is another form of abuse).
Spelling is a bugaboo, but is easily taken care of with a checker or (in the case of the checker picking the wrong word to correct it to) a real human editor. Nice ones exist in abundance here; just ask.
Original thinking always earns a cheer in my reviews, as 'the same old song' gets boring. Now start excavating that gold mine for another fresh idea, and get a little help. Can't wait to see your next efforts!
Regarding the one-star review; it's easy to criticize or flame (and that seems to be one; it certainly would be deleted in one of my groups), but hard to do better. Has THAT individual contributed any stories here? (5/10)

thanks for the honesty chksng, thats what i realy apreciate. it seems as though THAT individual has contributed although being bitchy isnt exactly my thing. 'shrugs' i use microsoft word and it can be a right cow somtimes although i never was any good at spelling :) as far as im concerned its the content that matters hopefully im gettting better, guess time will tell if im realy cut out for it or not.

Not really BDSM, from my point of view, but nevertheless a good description of a man self-destructing into a nightmare of wife abuse and self loathing. You get a real feel for the emotions of both parties, and can really see the disintegrative effects of each person's assumptions and expectations, and their total failure to communicate.
I especially liked the progressive increase in the husband's domestic violence, from "Accidental" blows to rape and restraint; I found it very realistic, if a little compressed (which is reasonable artistic licence).
Frankly, the only thing that bothered me was spelling; the grammar was quite reasonable for Diary entries, but I would have given the story a significantly higher rating if you'd run it through a spellchecker. (5/10)

The mispelled words and the awful grammar makes this a very unreadable story.
If English isn't your first language, then please find someone to proof your work. (2/10)

I can proof-read your work if you want. I'm starting to become quite the fan of yours. Although I really only cassually flipped through the beggining and skipped to the end. So shoot me I'm lazy :P
