        I liked this story, particularly the local color -if you've ever been there you will almost feel the chill of the San Francisco night air.  Very atmospheric.   Apropos of nothing, Sutro Towers is also mentioned in an internet story by a Stephen Elliott -- although I'm not sure if it's the same Stephen Elliot who has posted here recently or not. (8/10)

 Glad you enjoyed the taale and thanks for the review. Actually, the scenario came rather easily as I know well of the tower and given the restraints of the Festival competion in that category things just fell into place.
